Free Workshop

Gain a basic understanding of why decisions and transitions are difficult for families with special needs.  Participants will learn about the services available to families to ensure that their loved ones with special needs are safe and well cared for throughout their lifetime. Participants will have an opportunity to visit with provider booths before and after the event.
